GRUB: Vegan Brunch at Caravan of Dreams #NYC

405 E 6th St  New York, NY

If your a vegetarian, vegan, health enthusiast, or simply want to treat your tastebuds to something new, you MUST check out Caravan of Dreams located in NYC. This vegan restaurant has a menu with lots of variety and absolutely yummy food! I ordered the pre fixe brunch special on my last visit there for Valentine’s Day. The special includes one breakfast entree, a house salad, coffee or tea, and fresh squeezed OJ or a mimosa.

I decided to go with the delicious breakfast burrito which is made with kale, tofu, and lost of other yummy stuff.

My date decided on the breakfast omelette, which of course had no eggs, but lots of tofu with tomatoes, onions, greens, and whole wheat tortilla bread.

I was very satisfied with the appetizing feast. Caravan of Dreams stays completely true to their vegan standards which is a huge plus! I had my brewed coffee with almond milk and agave sweetener and it couldn’t have tasted better!
